Realtor® Salesperson
As a mother of six and a Military (R) spouse I understand the ups and downs of relocating. Due to our large family, the Military never had housing for us, so we would find an ugly house and make it our own. We would flip those homes while stationed there and after two years or so, sell and start over. During this time, I learned so much about preparing homes for a quick and profitable sale. I enjoyed the process so much that once we were settled here in Mid-MO I jumped at the opportunity to become a real estate agent.
I've moved 22 times in my life, I've lived in all different kinds of properties from farm houses in the middle of nowhere to two family flats in the heart of inter-cities, the typical suburbs, and my favorite, new and old homes in small town communities. I was a personal finance teacher, so I strive to help individuals and families find homes that they can afford and thrive in. I never want anyone to be house poor. My goal as a real estate professional is not about how many properties I can move, nor is it about how many dollars of transactions I can process in a year. Instead, my goal is how many families can I help find the right home for their needs.
Are you a buyer who wants a move-in ready property or are you an all-in-fixer-upper, maybe somewhere in the middle, or do you have a home in need of selling and don't know where to start? Buying and selling a home can be an overwhelming endeavor, allow my experience to guide you through this process.
